UnHearted: Stories of a lost frend is an elegant visual-literary work born from the intimate, searing texts of Davide Palumbo (aka DADO) and the visual identity and illustrations created by Matteo Castelli.
The book explores the complexity of the human spirit through a precise chromatic grammar: Blue gives voice to melancholy and fragility, Gray embodies disillusionment and a stark irony, while Pink encapsulates love and the ephemeral.
The combination of these colors—in the accompanying texts and illustrations—creates a visceral synergy between narrative and graphic design. I graduated in Product & Visual Design from Iuav in 2024 and am currently in my second year of a Master’s degree in Graphic Design.
My goal is to translate a concept into a cohesive visual form listening to the needs of clients and collaborators while always infusing the project with personality.
I have six years of experience in the hospitality industry and spent a month working at a vintage shop in London; since 2025, I have been working as a freelancer, taking on commissions for posters, logos, and visual identities.
